Design your journey
A suggested starting point, not a confirmed departure. Routes, stays and activities are subject to your dates and availability; wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
Step 1 · Your brief
Share dates, group size, budget range, must-see places and any mobility or dietary needs.
Step 2 · Choose the region
Start with one circuit for a shorter trip; allow extra days or flights when combining distant regions.
Step 3 · Shape each day
Balance wildlife drives, transfer time and rest days. Add special activities only where appropriate and available.
Step 4 · Select accommodation
Compare locations and comfort levels, then check availability for your dates.
Step 5 · Review the proposal
Check the day-by-day route, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation conditions before confirming.
Where to stay
Mix accommodation styles if that suits your priorities, but select locations first: staying closer to your target wildlife area can matter more than adding facilities.
When to travel
The right dates depend on your chosen regions and activities. Plan migration interests, mountain trekking and coastal time separately before combining them.
What to pack
Your packing list follows the final route. Tell us about photography equipment and specialist needs before flights or transfers are selected.
Your quote, clearly defined
Request an itemised quote covering accommodation, meal plans, park and conservation fees, guiding, vehicle use and transfers. Domestic flights and special activities should be listed separately where applicable.
Do not assume international flights, visas, travel insurance, gratuities, drinks or personal purchases are included. Your final written proposal defines the inclusions, exclusions and booking terms.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a complete itinerary before enquiring?
No. Dates, an approximate budget, group size and a few priorities are enough to begin a conversation.
Can I combine safari and Kilimanjaro?
Yes, but allow time for acclimatisation on the climb and recovery afterwards. The trekking section needs its own carefully planned schedule.
